About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and counsel to a business or functional line, focusing on staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. This role ensures the consistent application of HR policies and procedures while acting as a liaison to other departments and functional experts. The position is based in Valencia, California, and operates on a 2nd shift schedule from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent HR Generalist experience
• Experience working in supply chain/distribution/warehouse environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Proficiency with Workday and Kronos preferred
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in HR-related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
