About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and counsel to the business, focusing on staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. This role ensures the consistent application of HR policies and acts as a liaison between departments and functional experts, requiring strong consultative skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent HR Generalist experience
• Experience working in supply chain/distribution/warehouse environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Proficiency with Workday and Kronos preferred
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in HR-related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
