The role of a Human Resources Expert can provide you with the knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws, experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs, and the ability to effectively use scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.
  • Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates with the right skills and experiences.
  • Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning.
  • Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
  • Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders.
  • Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement.
  • Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.
  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
  • Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training.
  • Perform all other duties based on business needs.
