About The Position
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that champions change and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies. Your role will involve supporting teams and leaders to create a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations. You will gain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law, experience with Office Suite and workforce management programs, and industry-leading people and scheduling software. A typical day will include creating a welcoming experience for guests, engaging with them to understand their needs, and working with HR leaders to address talent and staffing needs. You will also support training needs, act as a resource for scheduling systems, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
