About The Position
As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will support teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations and creating a workplace where teams love to work. This role provides opportunities to gain knowledge of employment law, experience with workforce management programs, and familiarity with industry-leading people and scheduling software.
