About The Position

This position is incentive eligible. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Mission Hospital which is part of the nations leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare. As a Human Resources Director you will provide strategic HR support to Line of Business executives. You will create the desired workforce culture through HCA's policies, programs, and practices. You will serve as a senior member and may support more strategic activities associated with acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Division Leadership, Integrated Lines of Business VPs, Corporate Benefits, Vendors, Transition Managers and Directors, Payroll, IT&S, and the Corporate HRIS Team.
  • Oversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees, with onsite support provided by ILOB HR.
  • Work with employee data files and interface with multiple support partners and vendors.
  • Proactively evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality.
  • Develop HR solutions to meet evolving business needs pertaining to growth and change.
