About The Position
At Ashe Memorial Hospital, we are driven by our Mission Statement, "To meet the needs of the community by delivering patient-centered, high quality health care." The Human Resources Director develops, leads, directs, and coordinates all Human Resources functions of the facility. This includes overseeing the facility recruitment strategy, analyzing and recommending modifications to compensation and benefits policies, facilitating team member engagement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The position requires a commitment to providing services in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
