About The Position
Human Resources Director Be Part of Something Transformational Acadia Healthcare and Intermountain Health have partnered and opened a state-of-the-art 144-bed inpatient behavioral health facility serving Denver area residents in Westminster, Colorado. This newer facility provides comprehensive inpatient and intensive outpatient services to address the growing need for accessible, high-quality behavioral health care in the Denver metro area. We are looking for an onsite Human Resources Director for West Pines Behavioral Hospital. About West Pines West Pines Behavioral Hospital is situated in the scenic city of Westminster, Colorado, an area renowned for its gorgeous mountain views. Our hospital offers a setting that promotes healing and recovery. The location not only provides quick access for those traveling from the nearby cities of Boulder and Denver, but it also allows our patients to benefit from the natural beauty of Colorado’s landscapes. Many patient rooms face the Rocky Mountain Foothills. We prioritize the well-being of our patients in an environment that encourages reflection and growth. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is REQUIRED
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR leadership with expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and HR systems
- Skills: Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver with a passion for people.
Nice To Haves
- Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
- Inpatient behavioral health HR experience
Responsibilities
