Transwest is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead a skilled team of HR, Payroll, and Recruiting professionals and continue strong collaboration with all business leaders to support Transwest’s tactical and strategic initiatives. While an active leadership role, the Director is actively engaged in day-to-day team operations and is frequently called upon to provide hands-on support in all areas of HR operations. The ideal candidate for the Transwest HR Director role has 10+ years in all areas of Human Resources, experience leading a team, a deep understanding of dealership operations, business acumen and keen collaboration skills to work with other leaders to implement talent solutions that support business goals.
