The Director of Human Resources (HR) reports to the President & CEO and has oversight for creating and implementing Lighthouse Louisiana’s human resources policies and activities in support of the organization’s mission and strategic human resource management platform. The HR Director’s primary functions include the overall management of talent acquisition, employee development, employee retention, benefits management, performance management, onboarding, policy development and implementation, employment law compliance and payroll functions. This position requires an extremely perceptive individual who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.
