About The Position

Human Resources Director | Builder Wanted Some organizations inherit a fully built HR department. Others build one. This role is for the second type. A growing national construction services organization is seeking a Human Resources Director who thrives as a department of one . This leader will design, build, and operate the HR function across a multi company environment while partnering closely with executive leadership. No one here takes themselves too seriously, but the work is a different story. The company operates in an industry where deadlines matter, quality matters, and customers depend on the work being done right the first time. The internal culture reflects that reality. People here work hard, solve problems quickly, and maintain a sense of humor along the way. Requirements
