About The Position

The Human Resources Developer Departmental Analyst 9-P11 - RMIS Analyst position is responsible for planning, developing, conducting, and evaluating training and informational resources related to the qualified interpreter program. This role involves external communications with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws regarding interpreter services. The analyst will also research regulations and provide recommendations for improvements to the program.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• One year of professional experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating staff development or training programs equivalent to a Human Resources Developer for the Human Resource Developer 10 level.
• Two years of professional experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating staff development or training programs equivalent to a Human Resources Developer for the Human Resource Developer P11 level.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public health or human resources.
• Knowledge of the Deaf Person's Interpreter Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, conduct, and evaluate internal and external trainings related to the qualified interpreter program.
• Manage external communications with qualified interpreters and stakeholders.
• Ensure the qualified interpreter web pages are current and informative.
• Research and evaluate regulations, laws, and administrative rules related to interpreter services.
• Provide suggested revisions to the section manager and division director regarding interpreter services compliance.
