The Human Resources Department Leader is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of divisional policies and programs covering the following: employment, labour relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, safety and health services, and environmental management system (EMS). The Department Leader directly or indirectly oversees the functions. The Human Resources Department Leader oversees and directs the Human Resources team by supervising, planning, organizing, mentoring, and implementing Human Resources programs. This Manager must guide their team toward meeting divisional objectives and corporate objectives.
