About The Position

Assist with hiring by processing, coordinating application process, onboarding, recommending candidates, licensing and related work cards and handling pre-employment onboarding and orientation. Work closely with HR management and oversee new hire training. Research, answer, and follow-up on daily inquiries from team members and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues. Performs data input, such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, Oracle data. Works closely with Payroll. Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with SOX. Performs related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model for our Guests and Team Members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current employment laws and related legislation.
  • Must possess and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oracle applications is helpful.
