Assist with hiring by processing, coordinating application process, onboarding, recommending candidates, licensing and related work cards and handling pre-employment onboarding and orientation. Work closely with HR management and oversee new hire training. Research, answer, and follow-up on daily inquiries from team members and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues. Performs data input, such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, Oracle data. Works closely with Payroll. Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with SOX. Performs related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model for our Guests and Team Members.
