About The Position
The Human Resources Coordinator at Uniqlo is responsible for supporting all HR functions within Large Format stores. This role involves training employees, managing employee relations, processing HR reports, and assisting with recruitment and staffing objectives. The coordinator will work closely with store managers and the Area HR Manager to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, while also maintaining operational standards in the stores.
