About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team. This role is primarily responsible for scanning, organizing, and maintaining confidential associate records, assisting with small HR projects, and providing general administrative support as needed. This position plays an important role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality within HR operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move files or boxes up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • This position works in an office environment and regularly handles confidential information.
  • Accuracy, professionalism, and discretion are essential.

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Scan, upload, index, and organize confidential associate files and HR documents
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with record retention requirements
  • Handle sensitive associate information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with routine HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Pick up, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing HR-related mail
  • Make basic edits and updates to company documents, forms, and templates
  • Provide data entry and document preparation support for the HR team
  • Support audits, file reviews, and clean-up projects as needed
  • Perform other clerical or administrative duties based on business needs
