About The Position

Our Human Resources department is expanding, and we are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech‑savvy HR Coordinator to join the team. This role ensures seamless day‑to-day HR operations and supports key HR programs across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, performance management, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys data, systems, organization, and supporting people.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Forms, OneNote)
  • Adobe Pro (editing PDFs, creating fillable forms, updating fields)
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Problem‑solver and critical thinker

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government, public sector, healthcare, or high‑volume HR teams
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR systems including: HRIS/HCM ATS LMS DynaFile PerformYard
  • Run HR reports, LOA reports, compliance metrics, and dashboards
  • Build Excel‑based data tools using formulas, vlookup, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Manage Outlook calendars and schedule Teams meetings and events
  • Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, NEO packets, and HR phone call support
  • File management including Filing Friday and end‑of‑year separated file shipping
  • Prepare weekly HR meeting agendas
  • Complete Verifications of Employment
  • Serve as Life Safety Coordinator and assist with fire drills
  • Plan and support team celebrations, luncheons, birthdays, and bereavement coordination
  • Collect team information, research vendors, make reservations, and manage logistics
