About The Position

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative, operational, and transactional support across various HR functions. This position supports Human Resources by managing administrative tasks, HR systems and records, and assisting with employee lifecycle processes. This role serves as a point of contact for HR inquiries, ensures compliance with policies, and contributes to team initiatives and reporting efforts. The HR Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional HR teams to support HR initiatives and process improvements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Two to three years of progressive HR experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and general office support.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, terminations, and exit interviews.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues with appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate HR-related training sessions, including new hire orientation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
  • Processes employment-related transactions within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to employee records.
  • Generate and analyze standard and custom reports from various HR systems to support decision-making and operational needs.
  • Support HR operations in ensuring organizational, regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Ensures adherence to organizational and regulatory credentialing requirements by maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance timelines, and supporting audits and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with Employee and Labor Relations (ELR), Total Rewards and Talent Management teams and other team members to support cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
