About The Position

This position supports core HR functions while partnering closely with employees and leadership to strengthen firm culture, promote wellbeing, and advance diversity and inclusion efforts. Requirements

  • A genuine interest in people, culture, and employee experience
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience (law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and care
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support firm initiatives related to employee experience, engagement, and culture.
  • Assist with the coordination and ongoing administration of employee wellbeing and engagement programs, including communications, logistics, and program support.
  • Coordinate and administer behavioral and talent assessments, including scheduling, internal coordination, data management, and preparation of materials or reports as needed.
  • Provide support for firm initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, including committee support as applicable.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist with reporting and presentation materials for HR leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and process workflows.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support with a people-first, service-driven approach.
  • Serve as a flexible team resource, assisting where needed to support the broader HR function.
