About The Position

The HR Coordinator supports all functions of the Human Resources Department, with a primary focus on maintaining the Firm’s HRIS and internal employee reporting functions. The position provides day-to-day operational support across onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, PTO tracking, reporting, and general HR processes.

Requirements

  • Professionalism with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in HR or business preferred.
  • 0–4 years of administrative experience required; Human Resources experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP specifically) preferred.
  • Human Resources experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS troubleshooting.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including collecting new hire/termination information and updating all required systems (HRIS, E-Verify, internal reports).
  • Support payroll by assisting with timecard errors, reviewing hourly entries for accuracy, reporting issues, and entering back-end adjustments (partial pays, bonuses, rate changes).
  • Track PTO, process adjustments, approve requests as needed, escalate issues, and update allowances per Firm policy.
  • Pull HRIS and vendor reports for audits, RFP data, overtime, EEO-1, CA Pay Data, payroll cycles, census files, COBRA, and other ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Maintain organized and compliant employee personnel files.
  • Assist HR with Firm events and administrative projects as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage the Annual Review process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Respond to employment verification requests from external organizations.
