About The Position

Human Resources Coordinator At Toole Design, we’re leading the way in creating safer, more connected communities through sustainable multimodal transportation design. We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. Tasks will include tracking and filing paperwork, approving and tracking professional development requests, updating employee information, conducting salary research, supporting the recruiting process, and more. You will use your organizational skills to make sure we don’t miss a step in taking care of our team, while showing them that their experience matters. Requirements

  • Two years’ experience in an office environment OR an Associates or Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Interest in Human Resources
  • A customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
