Ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery to employees within these groups. Manage new-hire onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and/or SAP
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple HR projects in a high volume, dynamic business environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
