About The Position

Second Shift HR Coordinator To be considered a Resume must be provided. Hours of work: will be 10am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or as needed Monday through Friday occasional Saturdays. HR Coordinator Qualifications: · Excellent written and verbal communications skill · FMLA experience preferred but not required, must be able to pass certification within 6 months of hire. · Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details · Self-starter and very organized · Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary · Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills · Team Player · Must have great attendance and punctuality · Be able to work under pressure/fast paced environment · Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle high work volume · Trustworthy - Will be handling confidential material · Bi-Lingual preferred Responsibilities: · Data Entry of important documents · Will be in charge of FMLA and Benefits · Ensure proper copies of documents are in place · Perform various duties as needed to ensure efficiency · Handles insurance issues with vendors and employees · Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns · General office procedures including handling phone calls, filing · Input new hires in SAP, Kronos, W4 changes, and other duties as assigned. · Assist employees with inquires · All other duties as assigned EOE/Vet/Disabled
