The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for employees and candidates. This position provides administrative, logistical, and communication support across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and record management. The HR Coordinator serves as a reliable point of contact for staff, helping maintain an organized, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment. The base hourly rate for this position is $25 per hour.
