The Coordinator, Human Resources is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives including but not limited to, new hire onboarding, personnel changes and terminations, benefit administration, HRIS and personnel file / database maintenance, contracts support, and Talent Acquisition support.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of HRIS applications, preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects clear time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or other college-level education
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an entry-level HR position

Responsibilities

  • Support with new hire onboarding activities
  • Support associate terminations and applicable offboarding activities
  • Support with systematic new hire processing and personnel changes
  • Address and / or route associate inquiries and concerns
  • Identify and resolve associate timekeeping issues
  • Support with HRIS system training for associates and managers
  • Maintain HR related files, processes and databases
  • Facilitate the review and maintenance of company agreements / contracts
  • Perform SharePoint maintenance and updates
  • Support the execution of company events
  • Support the HR Team and Managers with a wide array of projects and tasks
