The role helps to facilitate onboarding, training, benefits, recruiting and engagement activities and partners with the HR team to support department and company-wide goals. The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a positive workplace culture, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries and ensuring seamless HR support at an extension office.
