Human Resources Coordinator OTTO’s opportunity: The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential support to the HR department with a primary focus on recruiting and payroll administration. This role assists in attracting and onboarding hourly employees, supports payroll processing, and contributes to a positive and organized workplace environment. Specifically, the Human Resources Coordinator will : Support recruitment for hourly and production roles – coordinate interview scheduling, interview candidates, present job offers, and complete administrative tasks for the new hire process Complete pre-employment requirements, including drug testing and background checks Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hourly/production employees Assist with payroll activities, including reviewing timesheets, collecting required documentation, and preparing payroll reports Serve as backup support for payroll processing as needed Assist with planning and coordinating company events such as the annual picnic, company lunches, and employee celebrations Respond to employee inquiries and support a positive employee experience Maintain accurate HR records through filing, scanning, and archiving in compliance with record retention requirements Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department Perform other related duties as assigned
