About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of the HR team, supporting onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years of related experience.
  • Must speak, read, and write English with the ability to compose correspondence displaying good command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and personnel related experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and facilitating training schedules.
  • Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Support HR projects and day-to-day department operations.
