About The Position

A confidential organization in the Tampa area is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR functions and the full employee lifecycle. This role helps ensure a consistent, positive employee experience by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, records management, recruitment coordination, reporting, compliance activities, and general HR support. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy,communication, and administrative excellence within a professional and discreet HR environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting HR or a similar business function.
  • Strong proficiency with standard business software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR support, HR coordination, or administrative roles with exposure to HR responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
