You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support members of the Americas Human Resources team with a wide array of administrative responsibilities. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organization and time management abilities
  • A motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks
  • Operates with a bias for action
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in Investment Management or Financial Services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties, often coordinating across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Book travel arrangements, supervise last-minute changes as needed
  • Prepare expense reports promptly and collaborate with other Executive Administrative staff to align expenses incurred for travel with colleagues
  • Assist with planning and accomplishing team events to foster collaboration and inclusion
