We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional front desk service while supporting HR functions and general office administration. (This role is onsite Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm C )

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or HR support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Professional, positive attitude and a team player.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff.
  • Serve as internal resource for employee inquiries.
  • Assists with onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll data entry and timekeeping as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Assists with various administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Help manage office facilities, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
