The Human Resources Coordinator assists the Director of Human Resources in managing the hotel’s HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role handles the day -to-day HR processes, such as hiring, onboarding, and maintaining associate records, to ensure compliance with company policies.
