As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support for employees and leaders—helping keep our HR programs running smoothly while creating a positive, welcoming workplace.

  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR questions
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist with benefits, training coordination, and compliance activities
  • Support engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience helpful
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
