Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
- Manufacturing or industrial experience helpful
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR questions
- Support hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Assist with benefits, training coordination, and compliance activities
- Support engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
