Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager for Recruiting, Compensation, and HRIS, the Human Resources Coordinator supports and facilitates core HR operations. This role serves as a key liaison among students, staff, and leadership to promote efficient, compliant, and serviceâoriented HR practices. In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Human Resources office, delivering a polished, welcoming, and professional frontâofâhouse experience while managing inquiries, coordinating communications, and directing stakeholders to appropriate resources. The role also provides comprehensive administrative support across the HR function, including student and nonstudent hiring and recruiting initiatives.
