About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
  • Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture
