About The Position

The Talent Services Coordinator at Greenberg Traurig (GT) plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Services department by providing administrative assistance under the guidance of the Talent Services Manager. This full-time position is available in either the Orlando or Tallahassee office and is designed for individuals who are flexible and willing to work overtime as needed. The coordinator will be involved in various human resource tasks, including staff recruitment, employee orientation, benefits administration, event planning, and maintaining electronic files. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all HR functions are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to a positive employee experience within the firm. In this position, the coordinator will assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, tracking applicants, and scheduling interviews. They will manage the new hire process, which includes sending out paperwork, coordinating background checks, and preparing welcome communications. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in administering employee benefits, answering HR-related inquiries, and maintaining personnel files. The role also involves coordinating firm events and assisting with the annual performance review process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of organization, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks. They should be motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. A basic understanding of HR principles and practices, along with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications, is essential for success in this role.
