About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing and routing mail, and ordering and tracking Human Resources office supplies and forms. The role involves answering phone calls, recording messages, creating new employee personnel files, and assisting walk-in candidates with application procedures. The coordinator must maintain a clean and accessible space for completing applications, respond to employee and management inquiries regarding company and Human Resources programs, and inform management of employee relations issues. Confidentiality and security of employee records are paramount, as is the accurate maintenance of all employee files, including interview documents and I-9s. The coordinator must follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and develop positive working relationships with others.
