About The Position

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Crown Equipment Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing and maintaining HR records within our databases. This includes handling various administrative tasks such as processing paid time off requests, updating employee information, and managing new hires and terminations. You will also be responsible for creating approved positions and ensuring that all HR records are accurate and up-to-date. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting the overall efficiency of the HR department. In addition to record management, you will coordinate and support a variety of programs across multiple functional areas within the HR department. This may involve conducting wage reviews, reporting, and verifying employment for current and prospective employees. You will work closely with the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team, information technology, HR representatives, payroll, department managers, and branch contacts to ensure that all updates and changes to HR records and organizational units are communicated effectively. Your role will also include reviewing and updating documented procedures related to data entry processes, ensuring that all HR practices align with company policies and standards. You will perform various administrative duties to support the HR department, including responding to verification of employment requests and assisting with other HR-related inquiries as needed.
