The HR position involves processing HR documents including all new-hire and termination paperwork, training documents, benefits, and employee changes. The role requires tracking and maintaining all new-hire and onboarding requirements, including physicals, background checks, I-9 employment eligibility, and paperwork. Conducting new employee orientation is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the position entails maintaining all government and internal required logs and reports such as EEO, AAP, New Hire, and Termination logs. The HR professional will help organize training and development initiatives, assist in the recruiting process by sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and testing as needed. Supporting the implementation of human resources policies and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employee relations are also part of the role. Participation in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement is expected, along with ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The position also involves generating reports and assisting with HR metrics tracking, monitoring employee morale, and company culture, and providing administrative support to the Office Team. Monthly visits to out-of-state facilities are required.
