A day in the office looks like this: Act as on-site go-to resource for employees and managers with incentive and recognition programs, answering employee questions and directing to the right internal partners. Assisting with employment, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes: support I-9 and E-Verify process, processing all exits including generating all paperwork and processing terminations. Supporting required training processes (like prevention of harassment) including reporting and tracking. Supporting background check process including managing users, troubleshooting issues with cross-functional teams and processing invoices. Administering HR protocols including required reporting, employee interactions and tracking. Work with team to create and document processes/procedures, with regular evaluation ensuring efficiency. Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
