The Human Resources Coordinator/HW, under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager, performs a wide variety of Human Resources work supporting the HR Team and providing guidance to employees. This includes coordinating and conducting in new employee orientation, training and assisting supervisors and staff in using the performance evaluation system, coordinating and participating in employee events and morale building initiatives, administering the tuition reimbursement and personal development dollars programs, assisting staff with benefits questions and connecting them with County HR as needed, assisting with employee relations issues, and assisting hiring managers using the on-line hiring center. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide coverage for the HR Specialists and for higher-level HR staff when they are out of the office. The Human Resources Coordinator/HW will also support the Human Resources Manager with tasks and projects, and complete other duties as assigned.
