About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support. The HR Coordinator provides excellent customer service, support, and serves as a resource internally and externally. The position performs a variety of functions: onboarding, offboarding, record maintenance of employee information in other systems (Hyland Onbase, BadgePass, S2, ADP, etc). Assists with coordination of special events and serves as a backup for the front desk. Ensures compliance with state, federal and regulatory agencies and confidentiality for areas of responsibility.
