As a senior or lead human resources consultant, you'll partner with leadership and other Progressive professionals to resolve employee related issues, promote diversity of thought, create an inclusive work environment, and mitigate risk for the organization. As a key member of our human resources (HR) organization, you'll support our leadership team in approaching business problems, issues, and strategies. Additionally, you'll proactively build relationships in a collaborative environment while continuing to make Progressive a great place to work.
