Georgia Tech is seeking an experienced human resources practitioner to support the mission and vision of the College of Lifetime Learning. The Senior Human Resources Consultant will support multiple units across the college to advise and counsel staff, faculty, and leaders on HR best practices, culture engagement, and development. This tactical HR generalist role will be part of the new centralized HR model to ensure consistent practices and guidance across the college. The HR Consultant Sr position serves as a management advisor and facilitator in the application of human resources policies and procedures for assigned unit(s). This position will interact on a consistent basis with unit management and staff, Georgia Tech Human Resources management and staff, and Faculty Affairs. The position typically advises and counsels unit leadership and staff and may supervise assigned staff.
