About The Position
Are you a self-motivated professional with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Manager to join our expanding Human Resources team and support our Commuter operations in California. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR leader for our Commuter California market, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of California-specific labor laws and HR best practices. Hallcon provides mission critical, employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America.
