About The Position

Join our Human Resources team as a co-op and gain valuable experience supporting a dynamic HR department. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You’ll develop essential skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our people processes in a professional setting. Human Resources Co-op Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for HR operations including filing, data entry, and document organization. Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and compliance files. Support the coordination of HR programs such as safety tracking, employee communications, or training initiatives. Help prepare materials for employee onboarding and assist with document collection. Run basic reports and assist in updating HR databases and forms. Participate in general office support including answering phones and directing inquiries. Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits. Desired Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Requirements
