Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • You're currently pursuing a master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field and are eager to learn.
  • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office product.

Responsibilities

  • Optimization of workforce: Help us review current and future skill needs and be part of the strategy for closing skill gaps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Training provided to be a CORE apprentice and utilizing tools learned to improve current processes.
  • Boost Employee Engagement: Use data insights to further build on our workforce engagement strategy.
  • Analyze, Report & Data Visualization: Turn HR data into insights that help us make smarter decisions and tell stories with data to senior leadership.
  • Be a Trusted HR Resource: Support employees by answering questions and promoting a positive workplace.
