About The Position

The position involves creating a center of excellence within the Human Resources (HR) function at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, focusing on HR data analytics, metrics, benefits, leave management, ADA compliance, compensation, and performance management. The role requires evaluating existing HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new solutions to enhance efficiency across the HR function. The candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide data trends and ensure metrics are managed via Power BI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in HR or related field; and/or an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI tools.
  • Knowledge of NASA's HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Create a center of excellence within the Human Resources (HR) function.
  • Manage HR data analytics, metrics, benefits, leave management, ADA compliance, compensation, and performance management.
