Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience as a business partner in manufacturing or skilled trades.
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy for Roush.
  • Provide consultative support to leadership and managers regarding strategies for engaging, retaining, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Facilitate career development frameworks to retain high potentials and promote internal career mobility.
  • Facilitate HR-owned training and development offerings for leaders and employees.
  • Provide consultative support in resolving employee relations challenges and lead the investigation process.
  • Facilitate the talent review process and follow up to enhance succession planning.
  • Provide monthly HR communication to leaders and employees to ensure timely messaging and alignment of focus.
  • Identify necessary skill development in partnership with the Director of Talent Management to drive better business outcomes.
  • Coach leaders on goal development to ensure clarity and impact of employee expectations and metrics.
  • Leverage the HR operations team to ensure consistent and timely execution of HR processes.
