About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in New Albany, IN. The HR Business Partner serves as a member of the facility HR team and provides comprehensive HR consultation and support services to business operations within the Floyd hospital market. Maximizes the effectiveness of leaders and contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives. Assists HR leadership with projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources as a Generalist or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Employee relations experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
